HR Executive Tour & Travel Industry ATI Travels Pvt. Ltd., a leading Tour, Travel & Car Rental service provider, is looking for a proactive HR Executive to handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, payroll, compliance, employee relations, vendor coordination, and agreement management. The candidate must have experience in handling manpower for the travel & transport sector and should be skilled in vendor negotiations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Onboarding: Hire for operational roles, maintain manpower database, conduct onboarding, and verify documents. 2. Payroll, Attendance & Compliance: Process payroll with allowances, incentives, and overtime; maintain attendance & shift schedules; ensure compliance with PF, ESI, and labour laws. 3. Employee Relations & Training: Address grievances, maintain discipline, conduct industry-specific training, and organize team-building activities. 4. Agreement & Contract Management: Draft and maintain employee/vendor contracts, renew agreements on time, and ensure legal clauses are met. 5. Vendor Management: Coordinate with manpower suppliers and transport vendors, negotiate rates, and monitor performance. 6. Administration & Coordination: Support management in manpower planning for large bookings/events, maintain statutory records, and handle RTO/client compliance requirements. Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelors / Masters in HR or Business Administration. - 35 years of HR experience in Tour & Travel / Transport / Car Rental industry. - Strong negotiation & vendor management skills. - Knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and payroll software. - Good communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
