Job Purpose

We are looking for a highly driven Recruiter to join our team. This role involves identifying potential candidates, conducting in-depth interviews, and presenting suitable candidates to the management.

Our ideal candidate is experienced in candidate search, knowledgeable about various industries, and has a keen eye for identifying the required qualities.

Ultimately, the role of the Recruiter is to ensure our company attracts, hires, and maintains the best executive talent.

Job Responsibility

  • Craft job descriptions tailored to the open positions in the organization.
  • Researching and identifying potential candidates through various methods, including networking, social media platforms.
  • Conducting pre-screening interviews to assess candidates skills, experiences, and fit for the role
  • Conducting background checks and verifying references
  • Presenting job opportunities to qualified candidates and negotiating employment terms
  • Assist in all the other work related to the HR Department or as assigned by the management
  • Maintaining a strong network of potential candidates for future job opportunities
  • Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels
  • Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility
  • Manage the orientation and onboarding procedures for newly hired employees.
  • Maintaining employee records and protecting their confidentiality
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Establish an effective recruitment strategy.

Skills, Experience and Qualification Required

  • Good writing and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Previous experience as an HR Recruiter.
  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
  • An eye for details.
