Job Description

Role & responsibilities -Led a team of three, providing support to ensure high-quality recruitment and payroll processes. -Oversaw daily activities, set performance goals, and conduct performance management evaluations to drive team success and alignment with the organization's objectives. -Independently administered the domestic payroll, including statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, and income tax), and salary processing. -Maintained high accuracy, addressed employees' queries, and ensured transparent deductions and disbursements. -Conducted performance evaluations and feedback sessions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the team. -Managed attendance and time-off tracking systems, ensuring compliance with company policies, and resolving discrepancies promptl -Handle and resolve employee grievances professionally. Resolve disputes efficiently while adhering to company policies and labor laws, ensuring outcomes are fair, consistent, and in line with organizational values. -Lead the Performance Management process, ensuring alignment between individual and team goals, and organizational objectives. Evaluate team performance through regular appraisals, providing feedback, and setting clear goals. -Develop performance improvement plans (PIPs) for employees needing support, and recognize high performers, motivating and retaining them. -Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures. Payroll Management: Ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, and compliance with tax regulations. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new employees. HR Administration: Overseeing administrative HR functions such as maintaining employee records, preparing HR reports, and ensuring compliance with internal policies. Performance Management: Implementing and managing performance appraisal systems, providing feedback, and identifying development opportunities to drive employee growth. Onboarding & Training: Facilitating smooth onboarding processes for new hires, conducting induction programs, and coordinating training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge. Compensation & Benefits: Managing compensation structures, benefits programs, and ensuring alignment with market standards to maintain employee satisfaction. Grievance Management: Addressing employee concerns and grievances in a timely and confidential manner, fostering a healthy work environment. Employee Engagement: Initiating programs and activities aimed at improving employee morale, satisfaction, and overall workplace culture.
