HR Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with 2–3 years of experience to manage day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and hands-on knowledge of recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, offers).
• Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately.
• Manage statutory compliances – ESI, PF, PT, and related filings.
• Facilitate smooth onboarding of new employees (documentation, induction, ID creation).
• Manage exit formalities including clearance, full & final settlement, and exit interviews.
• Address and resolve employee queries related to HR, payroll, or policies.
• Maintain and update HR records, employee database, and attendance.
• Support HR policies, procedures, and company culture.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, ESI, PF & PT compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
