Job Title: HR / HR Operations ExecutiveLocation: Bangalore, India

Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR / HR Operations Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the end-to-end HR processes, including sourcing, onboarding, and supporting healthcare workers. Candidates from Kerala and the North-East of India are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Sourcing: Identify, attract, and onboard healthcare workers (caregivers, nurses, attendants) for long-term care placements.
  • Onboarding & Orientation: Manage induction processes for new healthcare workers and ensure they are aligned with Kinship Foundation’s values.
  • Database & Record Management: Maintain accurate records of healthcare workers, placements, and compliance documents.
  • Employee Support: Serve as a point of contact for healthcare workers, addressing queries, grievances, and providing guidance.
  • HR Operations: Support payroll coordination, attendance, and other day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
  • Community Engagement: Build trust and relationships with healthcare workers, especially from the North-East, to foster inclusion and support retention.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (any discipline).
  • 0–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or operations (internship/volunteering experience will also be considered).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing documentation.
  • Empathy and cultural sensitivity, especially in working with diverse healthcare worker communities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree or coursework in HR/Management.
  • Experience working with healthcare workers or in the social impact/healthcare sector.
  • Familiarity with HRIS or basic database management.
