Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to lead our human resources functions, ensuring smooth operations across recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of HR policies in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads for hiring needs.
  • Implement employer branding strategies to attract top talent.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Foster a positive and engaging work environment.
  • Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Organize employee engagement programs, team-building activities, and HR initiatives.

3. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Oversee payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
  • Handle employee contracts, exit formalities, and performance appraisals.

4. Training & Development

  • Conduct training sessions for employees on soft skills, leadership, and compliance.
  • Identify skill gaps and plan career development programs.

5. HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Track HR metrics (turnover rate, employee satisfaction, recruitment efficiency).
  • Prepare reports for management decision-making.
  • Prepare reports and present HR updates to the Managing Director (MD).

Key Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of HR policies & labor laws.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.Recruitment & performance management expertise.Employee engagement & conflict resolution.Qualifications:

MBA in HR or equivalent degree
