Job Summary:

HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end

    recruitment process

    (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding).
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Coordinate

    induction and orientation

    for new joiners.
  • Assist in drafting and issuing

    offer letters, appointment letters, and HR policies.

  • Support

    employee engagement activities

    and internal communication.
  • Ensure HR compliance and documentation are up to date.
  • Coordinate with management and team leads for HR-related updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably HR or related).
  • 6 months – 1 year of HR experience in an

    IT organization

    .
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and HR tools (e.g., Zoho, Excel, or similar).
  • Positive attitude, multitasking ability, and attention to detail.
