In this dual-focused role, youll be instrumental in supporting end-to-end tech recruitment while also ensuring our core HR operations run smoothly. Key Responsibilities

Tech Hiring & Recruitment

  • Talent Sourcing: Partner with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and create job descriptions.
  • Candidate Management: Source, screen, and schedule interviews for tech roles, including software engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract top tech talent.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.

HR Operations

  • Onboarding & Induction: Oversee the entire onboarding process for new hires, including pre-joining formalities, documentation, background checks, and the induction program.
  • Leave & Attendance Management: Manage the leave and attendance system, process leave requests, and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries related to compensation, leaves, salary deductions, and other HR-related matters.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update employee information in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Compliance: Assist in ensuring all HR processes and records comply with company policies and legal requirements.

  • Proven experience of 1-2 years in a similar HR role, preferably with exposure to tech recruitment.
  • A strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The position will be on third-party payroll with one of our trusted partners.

Remuneration - 4 lacs annually

Work Model - 5 days a week (4 days from office and 1 day from home)

Location - Gurgaon
