Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Onboarding Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Prepare offer letters and employment contracts. Conduct employee onboarding, orientation, and documentation. 2. Employee Relations Address employee queries, grievances, and workplace concerns. Foster a positive and productive work environment. Support employee engagement programs and activities. 3. Attendance, Payroll & HR Admin Maintain attendance and leave records. Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with the finance department. Manage employee files, HR records, and HRMS systems. 4. Performance Management Assist in setting KPIs and conducting performance appraisals. Track employee performance and prepare reports. Support managers in performance review processes. 5. Training & Development Identify training needs and coordinate training programs. Maintain training records and assist with career development plans. 6. Compliance & Policies Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Update and implement HR policies and procedures. Manage statutory requirements like PF, ESI, Gratuity (as applicable). 7. Exit Formalities Conduct exit interviews. Process employee resignations and full & final settlements. Deactivate access and update records.
