Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic HR professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. Responsibilities

Manage the recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees to ensure a smooth transition.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Support employee engagement initiatives and address employee concerns.
Conduct performance management processes and assist in employee evaluations.
Participate in training and development programs for employees.
Assist with payroll administration and benefits management.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws in India.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
