Job Summary: We are looking for a female Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls to customers. The candidate should be confident, polite, and persuasive in communication, with the ability to explain products/services and generate leads or appointments. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers. Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries. Explain products or services to customers over the phone. Follow up on leads and maintain a record of customer interactions. Handle customer feedback and escalate issues when needed. Maintain and update the customer database. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Coordinate with the sales or service team when required. Requirements: Gender: Female candidates only Education: Minimum 10th / 12th pass or any graduate Language Skills: Fluency in Hindi, Telugu, and basic English preferred Experience: Prior telecalling or customer service experience is a plus Good verbal communication and listening skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, typing, etc.) Preferred Traits: Pleasant and confident voice Polite and professional attitude Target-oriented and self-motivated Ability to work in a team and handle pressure
