Collect, organize & analyze HR MIS and payroll-related data using advanced Excel tools.
Build daily/weekly/monthly dashboards & reports for management. Ensure accuracy & timeliness in HR data reporting. Collaborate with HR, Payroll & Finance teams to validate employee data. Provide insights on workforce trends, anomalies & variances. Support audits & ensure compliance with internal controls.
Strong expertise in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Index/Match, etc.).
Experience in MIS reporting / Data Analytics / Payroll analytics.Excellent problem-solving & attention to detail.Good communication & collaboration skills.Exposure to HR or payroll data (added advantage)
