Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
• Post job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates
• Maintain candidate database and track application statuses
• Conduct initial telephonic or video screenings

HR Coordination:

• Assist in onboarding and orientation of new hires
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Support in drafting offer letters, employment contracts, and HR-related communications
• Help plan and execute employee engagement activities
• Provide support in training and development activities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
