HR Coordinator/Recruiter

We are currently seeking experienced HR professionals to join our team at the Mohali office. The ideal candidate should possess a strong knowledge of computers. Local candidates are preferred for this position. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for talent acquisition, which includes sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and employee referrals. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating and posting job advertisements on different platforms to attract qualified applicants. In this role, you will also be coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process. It will be your responsibility to maintain and update the candidate database, as well as track recruitment metrics. Building strong relationships with candidates and providing timely updates throughout the recruitment process is crucial. The role requires effective communication skills and the ability to engage with candidates professionally. This is a full-time, permanent position in the Medical Services / Hospital industry under the Human Resources department.
