HR Coordinator/Recruiter

We are currently seeking an HR Coordinator to join our team. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for various HR functions including recruitment and hiring, onboarding and training, benefits and compensation, employee relations, recordkeeping and administration, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the recruitment process, coordinating employee onboarding and training programs, administering benefits and compensation packages, handling employee relations issues, maintaining accurate records, and overseeing HR compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Additionally, attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality are essential qualities for success in this position. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule and fixed hours.
