Role Overview: As an HR Admin Assistant at UPS, your role is crucial in ensuring the integrity and compliance of the hiring process in the United States. Your responsibilities will include reviewing criminal and Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) in First Advantage, managing onboarding verifications in Workday for Canada, and handling USPS-related screenings for SIDA package candidates. Your role demands a strong sense of accountability, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality and precision. Key Responsibilities: - Adjudicate U.S. Order IDs in First Advantage by conducting thorough reviews of candidates" criminal and MVR records. - Ensure strict adherence to compliance standards and established SOPs for all background verification tasks. - Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of background checks. - Maintain the confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity of all data throughout the verification process. Qualification Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or Qualification in HR is mandatory. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Willingness to work in U.S. shift timings. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities in a time-sensitive environment. - Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. - Commitment to upholding data confidentiality and compliance standards.
