Requirement : HR compliance (Generalist)Experience: 8+ years YearsLocation: Baner, Pune (6 Days Working)CTC Budget: 8-11LPANotice period: who can join with in 1 monthPosition: 1 Key Responsibilities• Manage statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Labour Laws) for construction industry.• Support HR policies, employee life cycle management & HRMS operations.• Ensure documentation & processes as per ISO/SOPs & IMS standards.• Coordinate with Project Managers for smooth HR operations.• Implement HIRA/ERA compliance and promote safe practices.• Drive accuracy, timely communication & organizational policy awareness.• Lead Payroll & compliance Team Skills Required• Strong knowledge of Statutory Compliance & HR Processes.• Detail-oriented with excellent communication & coordination skills.• Well versed with the MS office and HRMS in the organizationPlease Note:
For both roles, we require candidates exclusively from Real Estate or Construction industry with excellent communication skills.
For the Compliance / HR Manager (Generalist) role, we are specifically looking for male candidates with strong statutory compliance experience.
