Key Responsibilities: Monitor and ensure compliance with all local, state, and central labor laws (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Minimum Wages, etc.) Conduct periodic HR and statutory audits to identify and resolve compliance gaps Prepare and file statutory returns and documentation within deadlines Review HR policies and procedures to align with legal requirements Liaise with regulatory bodies and government authorities as needed Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, audits, and filings Assist in drafting employment contracts, policy documents, and handbooks Stay updated on changes in employment legislation and communicate implications Key Skills & Qualifications: In-depth knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Factories Act, etc.) Strong analytical and auditing skills Excellent written and verbal communication Proficiency in MS Excel, and statutory portals (EPFO, ESIC, Shram Suvidha, etc.) Experience with documentation, policy writing, and compliance reporting Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred)
