  • Drive industry benchmarking, compensation restructuring, and support the Compensation Committee.
  • Design and manage ESOPs and long-term incentive plans.
  • Review and enhance HR policies to align with best practices.
  • Lead the design and rollout of a next-generation Performance Management System that links rewards with results and potential.

Key Skills

  • 8-10 years of HR experience in mature, progressive organisations with strong HR systems.
  • Deep expertise in Compensation, Benefits, and Rewards Management.
  • Strategic and analytical thinker with sharp attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and HR analytics tools.
  • Strong stakeholder influencing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Tech-savvy and data-driven with a continuous improvement mindset.

Location: Chennai
