THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE WITH 2 DAYS BASED IN OUR PUNE OFFICE*** Job Summary Provide strategic direction to optimize talent, structure, process, and culture within an assigned function(s) of the business. Essential Functions/Major Job Responsibilities Trusted partner to the management Act as an internal consultant by establishing credibility with leaders as a valuable resource for business and people issues. Identify with leader’s initiatives which drive the department Participate in management team Ensure successful roll out of company-wide programs and Advise and coach leadership team on tools, methodologies, and procedures that will drive business Proactively provide Human Resources metrics which aid business Lead Human Resources programs for the Provide constructive feedback to leaders and employees to enhance their Develop and build collaborative relationships across the business to drive Partner with leaders on employee engagement programs and Talent Development Identify and execute Leadership Development In partnership with the Training & Development COE, identify leadership programs to ensure leaders and potential leaders have the appropriate development opportunities and skills to succeed. Support the implementation, delivery, and execution of the talent planning Assess the need for talent in relation to the needs of the Partner with leaders to ensure that bench strength exists for key Support leaders with the PMP Organizational Development Identify and support the delivery of OD changes such as functional Partner with leaders on organizational structure designs and changes to maximize Change Management Create and implement change plans that minimize employee resistance and maximize employee Act as a change agent providing the support and tools to implement Employee Relations Communicate and advise leaders on employee relations issues within company policy and legal Partner with HR Director and Legal on complex employee relations issues and investigation activities for client group to ensure appropriate next steps and outcomes are reached. Ensure that the implementation of HR decisions and policies are within corporate & legal Support leaders with the creation and maintenance of effective internal Support the leadership team in dealing with performance Partner with leaders to ensure that performance management is effectively applied across the Apply, advise, support, and coach leaders on people and organizational policies and Communicate new or changes to Understand labor laws and how they impact the Talent Acquisition Advise and coach leaders in the development of role Assist with candidate interviewing as Review hiring requisitions for the appropriate title/level etc. Compensation & Benefits Support the implementation of compensation and benefit Manage the annual review process, within the agreed timeframe, within budget, supporting the management team throughout the process. Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Technical / Business experience Required 10+ years relevant work experience; 2-3 years at the Expert level or equivalent experience Preferred SHRM or HRCI Preferred.
