Job Description

As an experienced HR professional, your typical day will involve collaborating with business leaders and HR colleagues to develop and implement an annual HR plan tailored to meet the specific needs of the organization. You will be responsible for providing valuable advice and guidance to business leaders on a variety of HR matters, encompassing organizational design, talent management, career development, and employee engagement initiatives. Your role will also involve coordinating and overseeing various HR initiatives such as recruitment, workforce planning, new hire training, performance reviews, talent reviews, succession planning, and compensation planning. Additionally, you will play a key role in driving employee communications and engagement within the business segment, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Furthermore, you will be involved in supporting compliance policies and ensuring their effective implementation across the organization. Your expertise in Human Resources Management or related areas, coupled with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, will be invaluable in contributing to the success of the HR function. We are seeking a self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to achieving results. Your strong knowledge of Organization Development, Change Management, and HR practices, as well as your excellent business acumen and ability to form strong partnerships with key stakeholders, will be essential in this role. Your interpersonal skills will be put to the test as you build relationships with senior management and effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.
