HR Business Partner

As a trusted partner to the local entity, you will bring insights, an independent viewpoint, and HR expertise to business issues. Your role involves consulting with and influencing leaders across the organization to take actions on emerging people-related topics. You will be responsible for implementing relevant global/regional/local HR solutions to meet the evolving needs of the business and supporting in orchestrating and facilitating changes to organizational culture, design, and structure. Working with business leaders, you will play a key role in solving significant people and cultural issues by providing expertise in technical and regulatory aspects of employment such as hiring, termination, performance management, rewards, talent management, and Learning and Development. You will communicate the business value of HR initiatives, manage global/regional HR program rollouts, and provide support for regional and local HR activities in the country to help live the culture and values of the organization. Collaboration with other HR Business Partners in the AP region will be essential to implement relevant HR initiatives across the region. Your responsibilities also include providing relevant market insights, analyzing implications for the business and people strategy, preparing and presenting HR data to stakeholders, ensuring operational excellence by coordinating with HR service vendors, driving the implementation of ad-hoc HR projects, and supporting standardization and harmonization initiatives across countries. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR BP in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, listening, presentation), the ability to influence others, HR data analytics, presentation, and interpretation skills, knowledge of local labor law and regulations, and a self-motivated individual with initiative and a self-directed working style are key attributes required.
