Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Partnership:
Align people strategy with business goals, lead change management, and support organizational design.
Performance & Productivity:
Drive performance management, analyze productivity metrics, and support capability building.
Attrition & Retention:
Monitor attrition, conduct root cause analysis, and implement retention strategies.
Talent Management & Succession Planning:
Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, and promote internal mobility.
Employee Engagement & Culture:
Lead engagement initiatives and foster a culture of inclusion and recognition.
Training & Development:
Identify capability gaps and support training aligned with business needs.
Execution of CoE Initiatives:
Partner on manpower optimization, R&R programs, and training needs analysis.
HR Operations & Compliance:
Ensure smooth execution of HR processes and compliance with labor laws.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Use HR analytics to guide business decisions and present actionable insights.
Stakeholder Management:
Build strong relationships across business and HR CoEs to deliver integrated solutions.

Qualifications and Experience Requirement

Essential

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.

• 10-15 years of experience in HRBP roles, preferably in BFSI/Retail Assets /Collections domain.

• Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and business acumen.

• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.

Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive decisions
