Job Description

Role Overview We are looking for a passionate and strategic People Business Partner (Manager Level) to join a global shared services environment. This role will collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business priorities while driving a high-performing and engaged workforce. The incumbent will play a key role in fostering a culture of excellence, continuous development, and employee empowerment. Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Business Partnering Align HR initiatives with business goals by working closely with leadership. Design and execute people strategies that enable shared services scale-up and transformation. Compliance & Policy Management Ensure alignment with local labor laws and internal HR policies. Provide advisory support on compliance, regulatory requirements, and policy enhancements. Employee Relations Act as the go-to point for employee concerns, conflicts, and resolutions. Develop and implement proactive employee risk mitigation and attrition control strategies. Talent & Performance Management Drive the performance appraisal process and talent conversations with business leaders. Enable succession planning, talent calibration, and career development frameworks. Lead the annual compensation review linked to talent heatmap insights. Manage and execute reward & recognition programs effectively. Employee Engagement Lead employee engagement programs, including ownership of culture surveys (e.g., GPTW). Translate insights into actions and ensure end-to-end implementation of engagement plans. Learning & Development Collaborate with leaders and L&D teams to define capability-building roadmaps. Identify training needs and facilitate the creation and execution of development plans. Organizational Culture & Enablement Foster a culture of collaboration, customer centricity, and innovation. Act as a liaison between the business unit and various HR Centers of Excellence. Periodically review and recommend improvements in people, structures, and processes. Skills & Competencies 1416 years of HR Business Partnering experience Proven ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, dynamic, shared services environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. High analytical orientation with hands-on experience in dashboards and reporting. Ability to challenge status quo and bring innovative, people-centric solutions. Qualifications MBA in Human Resources from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 business school. Role & responsibilities
