Roles and Responsibilities

• Compliance Management

  : Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, including the

  Factories Act, 1948

  . You will conduct regular audits and inspections, provide guidance to employees, and identify and mitigate potential risks.

• Payroll and Taxation Oversight

  : Oversee and manage payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely payments. You will be responsible for compliance with all payroll regulations and employee taxation laws.

• HR Operations and Support

  : Manage the employee

  onboarding and induction process

  . You will provide guidance on HR policies and best practices, support the performance appraisal process, and assist managers with performance improvement plans.

• Employee Relations

  : Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns and resolve conflicts. You will also conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve employee retention.

• Data and Reporting

  : Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. You will prepare reports and analyze

Skills Required

• Education

  :

  Master of Labor Welfare (MLW)

• Experience

  : A minimum of

  6 to 8 years of experience

  in compliance roles within manufacturing companies.

• Technical Knowledge

  : In-depth knowledge of factory compliances, labor laws, payroll management, and employee taxation.

• Certifications

  : Professional certifications in compliance or related fields are a plus.

• Communication

  : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Teamwork

  : The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
