Role Overview: As the HR Business Partner (HRBP) Manager at Amgen, you will play a crucial role as a strategic partner to the business, leveraging your HR expertise to implement strategies and initiatives that align with the company's objectives. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with business leaders, overseeing talent management, implementing performance appraisal systems, identifying training needs, managing compensation and benefits, leading change initiatives, and developing HR metrics and reports to drive business decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies supporting Amgen's business goals - Oversee talent acquisition processes and implement talent management strategies including succession planning and career development programs - Implement and manage the performance appraisal system, monitor workforce and succession planning metrics, and deliver performance improvement plans - Identify training needs, design effective training programs, and promote continuous learning opportunities for employees - Partner with compensation and benefits team to ensure competitive programs aligned with company objectives - Lead and manage change initiatives related to organizational structure, culture, and business processes - Develop and maintain HR metrics and reports, analyze data to identify trends, and present findings to senior management Qualifications Required: - Minimum 8-10 years of HR experience - Masters degree in Human Resources Functional Skills: - Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal regulations in India - Experience with HRIS and other HR software - Proven ability to manage complex employee relations issues Soft Skills: - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Additional Company Details: At Amgen, you can expect a competitive annual base salary and a Total Rewards Plan that includes health and welfare plans, financial plans, work/life balance, and career development opportunities.
