HR Business Partner, Manager

Role Overview: As an HRBP Manager at Amgen India - Human Resources in Hyderabad, India, you will serve as a strategic partner to the business, providing HR expertise and ensuring the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that align with the business objectives. Your role involves working with the HR team, supporting management and employees, and driving HR projects and processes to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support Amgen's business goals - Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals, and consultation with line managers - Oversee talent acquisition processes to ensure the recruitment of high-quality candidates - Implement and manage the performance appraisal system, providing guidance to managers and employees - Identify training needs and partner with training providers to design and deliver effective training programs - Partner with compensation and benefits team to align on compensation and benefits programs - Lead and manage change initiatives related to organizational structure, culture, and business processes - Develop and maintain HR metrics and reports to inform business decisions Qualifications Required: - Minimum 8-10 years of HR experience - Masters degree in Human Resources - Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal regulations in India - Experience with HRIS and other HR software - Proven ability to manage complex employee relations issues - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Additional Details: Amgen offers a competitive annual base salary and a Total Rewards Plan comprising health and welfare plans for staff and eligible dependents, financial plans with opportunities to save towards retirement or other goals, work/life balance, and career development opportunities.
