As the HR Business Partner Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and play a pivotal role in aligning HR initiatives with organizational objectives. Utilizing a deep understanding of HR practices and Indian labor regulations, you will lead people strategies that drive growth, transformation, and performance excellence across regional and global teams. This role is dynamic and visible, ideal for individuals with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Your responsibilities will include: - Strategic Partnering: Collaborating with senior leaders to comprehend business goals and develop proactive HR strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent growth. - Talent & Organization Development: Supporting strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, and succession planning initiatives in collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence. - Change & Transformation: Assisting in ongoing Transformation and Continuous Improvement initiatives within the business and HR function. - Culture & Inclusion: Advocating for our values and inclusive culture by incorporating I&B strategies and assisting leadership in fostering a high-performance, values-driven environment. - Leadership Coaching: Offering consultative guidance to managers and leaders on employee development, leadership styles, and team effectiveness. - Data & Insights: Utilizing HR metrics and people analytics to identify trends, assess risks, and suggest enhancements in HR programs and processes. We are looking for someone with: - In-depth knowledge of core HR functions, processes, and Indian labor laws. - A minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience in business partnering roles. - Experience working in matrix, regional, or global organizations. - Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain trusted partnerships with business leaders and cross-functional teams. - Strong business acumen and a proactive, solution-focused mindset. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
