Job Description

Role Snapshot: We're seeking an HRBP Executive to manage employee grievances, facilitate internal transfers, and spearhead engaging employee events. A Psychology background is highly valued for understanding human behavior and conflict resolution. What You'll Do: Employee Relations: Handle grievances, conduct investigations, and guide employees/managers on HR policies. Internal Mobility: Manage the end-to-end process for internal transfers and support employee growth. Engagement & Events: Plan and execute impactful employee events and engagement initiatives. HR Support: Assist the HRBP team with various HR projects and provide employee guidance. What We're Looking For: Bachelor's in Psychology , HR, or related field. [X]-[Y] years of HR experience, focusing on employee relations and engagement. Proven grievance handling and event management skills. Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving abilities. Understanding of HR principles and local labor laws.
