Job Description

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR support to enhance business performance. This role will be responsible for aligning business objectives with HR initiatives, driving talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development within the Pune location
  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, advising on HR matters to drive organizational success.
  • Collaborate with leadership to understand business needs and develop tailored HR solutions.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention strategies, fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning.
  • Support recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new talent.
  • Implement and ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and compliance.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to employees and managers on HR-related issues.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with other HR functions (L&D, Compensation, etc.) to deliver integrated HR solutions.

Technical Competency

  • Must have completed a regular MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college.
  • Proficiency in HRMS (Human Resource Management System) and other HR tools.
  • Strong knowledge of HR metrics and reporting.
  • Experience with recruitment platforms and processes.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and compliance regulations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Sound understanding of performance management and employee development strategies.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies with business objectives
