Creative IBS is looking for an HR Business Partner to leverage a specialized depth of HR knowledge to provide strategic consultation with key stakeholders and leaders, often around areas of significant scope and complexity aligning to the business strategy. JOB Responsibilities: Have a strong sense of commitment to the HR department and the management. Analyze complex company strategies and identify Human Capital Opportunities. Change management and plan workforce initiatives related to the expansion of the firm. Implement and execute HR programs and activities that are usually consistent throughout all supported areas. JOB Requirements : MBA (HR) from a premier institute Relevant years of experience in HRBP. Strong leadership & communication skills. Analytical & Problem-solving skills. Proactive & Attentive nature. Excellent interpersonal skills. HR Strategy Development & Conduct Performance Analysis. Evaluate staffing needs & Oversee recruitment efforts. Manage HR funds and engage with department heads. Manage staff wellness initiatives and other policies & practices. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹12,684.21 per month Work Location: In person
