Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Assistant with a minimum of 2 year of relevant experience to support the HR Manager in day-to-day human resource operations. The role involves handling recruitment coordination, communication with candidates, interview scheduling, employee records, attendance management, and providing administrative support to core HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the HR Manager in daily HR operations and administrative activities
Make and attend phone calls related to recruitment, employee coordination, and internal communication
Follow up with prospective candidates and recruitment leads
Schedule, coordinate, and confirm interview appointments with candidates and interviewers
Assist during interview days and maintain interview schedules and records
Maintain and update employee attendance records and HR databases
Support onboarding activities for new joiners, including documentation and orientation coordination
Assist in maintaining employee files, records, and HR documentation and assist in operations responsibilities.
Handle basic employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, and procedures
Support HR activities such as leave management, internal communication, and compliance documentation
Ensure confidentiality of HR data and follow company policies
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Assistant / HR Executive / similar HR role (mandatory)
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Basic knowledge of HR processes such as recruitment, attendance, onboarding, and documentation
Experience in handling recruitment coordination and interview scheduling
Skills & Competencies:
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, email handling)
Professional phone etiquette
Attention to detail and good organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work ethically
Additional Requirements:
Immediate or short notice period candidates preferred
