We’re a fast-growing company that believes the right people are our greatest advantage. As our HR Associate, you’ll be the engine behind our talent pipeline and the guardian of our people data. If you thrive on juggling interviews, spreadsheets, and meaningful conversations with candidates—while carving out your own career path—this role is built for you. What you’ll do Candidate outreach & experience (about half your week) Source, contact, and pre-screen candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals. Schedule interviews, brief hiring managers, and keep applicants in the loop. Cultivate “warm” talent communities for future openings. People data & reporting Build and update tracking sheets in Excel or Google Sheets for requisitions, interview stages, onboarding tasks, PTO, and compliance documents. Produce weekly dashboards on hiring velocity, funnel metrics. Operations & onboarding support Draft offer letters, run background checks, and coordinate Day-One logistics. Act as the first point of contact for new-hire paperwork, HRIS updates, and policy questions.
