About the Role:


We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented to ensure every new joiner experiences a smooth, engaging, and well-structured start to their journey with us. You will be the first point of contact for new employees and will play a key role in creating an exceptional onboarding experience that supports retention, compliance, and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Onboarding & Joining

  • Manage pre-onboarding coordination, offers, and joining formalities
  • Collect and verify employee documents as per labour laws and IRDAI requirements
  • Coordinate background verification and track joining timelines
  • Execute smooth Day-One onboarding and HR inductions

2. HR Operations & Coordination

  • Coordinate system access, laptops, email IDs, and asset allocation
  • Maintain employee master data, HR trackers, and records
  • Support attendance setup, payroll inputs, and probation confirmations
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR operational queries

3. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, audits, and statutory requirements
  • Maintain onboarding, BGV, and employee documentation records
  • Support internal and external HR audits as required

4. Employee Experience & Engagement

  • Conduct structured new-joiner check-ins during the first month and probation
  • Support engagement initiatives and HR communications
  • Gather feedback and suggest improvements to onboarding and HR processes

5. Process Improvement

  • Identify gaps in HR operations and onboarding workflows
  • Help build SOPs and scalable HR processes suited for a startup environment
  • Support HR automation and HRMS implementation initiative

Key Details:


  • 1-3 years of experience in HR operations, onboarding, or people operations (startup experience is a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent coordination and follow-up skills
  • Working knowledge of labour laws and HR documentation basics
  • Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear communicator with a people-first mindset
