HR Associate

We’re looking for an HR Associate who is organised, proactive, and enjoys connecting with people. If you love managing end-to-end hiring, building relationships, and getting creative with social media — we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

Client & Role Management

• Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for assigned clients and open positions.
• Understand role requirements and hiring priorities in detail.

Sourcing & Screening

• Source relevant profiles from multiple channels (job portals, LinkedIn, network, etc.).
• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and fit.
• Share shortlisted profiles with clients along with assessment notes.

Process Coordination

• Manage interview scheduling, feedback tracking, and updates between client and candidate.
• Maintain timely communication to ensure smooth progress through the hiring stages.

Social Media & Outreach

• Create and post engaging recruitment content to increase reach and brand awareness.
• Share success stories, job updates, and industry insights across platforms.

Business Growth Support

• Spot opportunities to increase mandates from existing clients.
• Build strong professional relationships that encourage repeat business.

Skills & Requirements

• upto 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition (preferably a recruitment firm).
• Freshers or interns can also apply.
• Strong communication skills — verbal, written, and interpersonal.
• Ability to multitask, stay organised, and work with deadlines.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools, ATS, and social media platforms.
• A problem-solver who’s proactive, resourceful, and comfortable in a fast-paced setup.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
