Job Description

Contract to hire- 6 Months ( Extendable based on performance)

Major Accountabilities

All site compliance like: CLRA Certificate Renewal; S&E Certificate renewal; Holiday List, Integrated Annual Returns; Gratuity Form L; Notice board quarterly audit; vendor audit; X6 submission; Monthly Registers etc.
• Support on design new hire onboarding initiatives including some file-filling activities and few other onboarding checkpoints• Support representation to local authorities, ensures local Employee Relations regulations are in line with local regulations and Novartis integrity standards from a cross divisional / country lens.• Support Payroll team with Payroll inputs wherever applicable• Support quality, effectiveness, efficiency and continuous improvement for P&O People Partnering and related processes.• Embraces customer feedback to understand the customer journey with moments that matter and drives continuous improvement. Implement enhancements and modification as necessary to meet both the business and customer needs.• PO and vendor management activities on behalf of the P&O team• Seeks to establish strong relationships with cross-divisional P&O community members to understand needs and challenges and drive continuous improvement.• Support and coach leaders, manager and associates on all topics within scope

Education:
(minimum/desirable) • MBA-HR or Masters degree plus relevant experience

Languages: • Fluent English, Local Language advantageous

Required Experience: • 6+ years of experience handling similar profile in a multinational organization;
