HR Assistant

Key Responsibilities: - Manpower Planning & Requirement Analysis - Sourcing & Talent Acquisition - Screening & Selection - Interview Coordination & Evaluation - Develop and maintain department-wise Skill Matrix in line with QMS/TS/IATF standards - Conduct periodic skill gap analysis across functions - Plan, organize, and maintain the DOJO training center as per organizational and IATF/ISO standards - Facilitate training on Safety, 5S, Quality standards, SOPs, and process-specific requirements - Maintain records of training completion and assessment results - Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities - Act as the first point of contact for female worker grievances - Support HR in conducting awareness sessions on POSH, workplace safety, and health - Assist in implementing programs to strengthen organizational values and culture Qualification Required: - MBA(HR) - Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms - Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety, and quality systems - Effective training, facilitation, and communication skills - Good documentation, reporting, and record-keeping skills - 1-2 Years of Experience Note: The company mentioned in the JD is One Mobility Group, which is a globally operating Group of Companies offering flexible working hours, individual promotion, corporate benefits program, flat hierarchies, and short decision-making processes.,
