Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, and handling general HR administration tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews. - Coordinate new hire onboarding, including paperwork, orientation, and training. - Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases. - Update and maintain employee records (digital and physical files). - Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination paperwork. - Organize employee engagement activities and training sessions. - Manage HR inbox, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence. Qualifications & Skills: - Education: High school diploma required; associates or bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred. - Experience: 1+ years in HR or administrative roles (internship experience acceptable). Note: This is a full-time position that requires in-person work.,
