Content Production Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle production of Indian film explainers/recaps (selection, editing, effects, delivery).
• Use AI tools for editing, subtitles, copywriting, and workflow upgrades.
• Ensure content quality, consistency, and audience relevance.
• Document best practices, create SOPs, and train team members.
• Track trends, innovate workflows, and adopt new tools.
• Manage and mentor team through goal-setting and task allocation.

Requirements:

• 8+ years in short-form/film content with end-to-end production experience.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro.
• Strong knowledge of Indian film culture and audience preferences.
• Excellent storytelling, editing, and communication skills.
• Leadership experience with ability to train and guide a team.
• Innovative mindset and quick to adopt new tools.
• Working language: English or Chinese.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
