HR Assistant

About Us:

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment across departments
• Maintain employee records and assist in HR operations
• Support onboarding, training coordination, and employee engagement
• Assist in payroll inputs and attendance tracking
• Conduct basic HR compliance and documentation
• Visit field sites (once a week) to connect with staff and support HR needs on-ground

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of experience in HR or a relevant field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of HR processes
• Comfortable with weekly field visits
• Organized, responsible, and approachable attitude
