HR Assistant

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the housekeeping staff to ensure daily cleaning, sanitation, and hygiene standards are maintained across the premises. Your key responsibilities will include: - Maintaining attendance and duty rosters for the housekeeping staff. - Monitoring washroom and pantry hygiene, ensuring regular replenishment of cleaning materials and supplies. - Coordinating with vendors for cleaning materials, pest control, and maintenance needs. - Conducting regular inspections of offices, factory areas, and common spaces. - Ensuring proper upkeep of drinking water systems, canteen area, and staff restrooms. - Supporting in organizing festive decorations, staff functions, and CSR events. - Supporting in employee engagement activities, celebrations, and communication. - Handling Gate Pass System, visitor management, and attendance reconciliation. - Assisting in the implementation of HR policies and ensuring compliance with company standards. - Managing security staff, Registers, CSR packing supervision, and dispatch process.
