Job Title:

About the Company

Assistant Manager – HR

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end
payroll processing
, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, PT, etc.).
Prepare and explain
CTC breakups, salary structures, and compensation-related queries
.
Handle
employee records, attendance, and leave management
.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities as needed.
Maintain compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Act as a
point of contact for clients
regarding HR and manpower-related requirements.
Prepare and maintain HR-related reports and MIS for management review.
Assist in employee engagement, grievance handling, and HR operations.
Communicate effectively with employees, clients, and management in
professional English
.

Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
3–6 years of HR experience
, with hands-on exposure to payroll & statutory compliance.
Strong knowledge of
CTC breakup and salary structuring
.
Basic understanding of all HR functions (recruitment, compliance, employee relations, documentation).
Excellent
English communication skills
(verbal & written).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to manage
client relationships
and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
