HR Assistant

As an HR Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting various HR functions within the organization. Your key responsibilities will include assisting in end-to-end recruitment processes, such as posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers. Additionally, you will be responsible for updating and maintaining employee records in HR systems, supporting new hire onboarding procedures, coordinating training programs, and managing training records. Handling basic employee queries and providing administrative assistance to the HR department will also be part of your duties. You will also assist in ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, including PF, ESI, and other labor laws, while actively participating in employee engagement activities and communication initiatives. To excel in this role, you should possess good communication and interpersonal skills, along with proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Your ability to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive information, and adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment will be crucial.
