Role Description

This is a full-time remote internship role for an HR Assistant Intern - Recruiting Specialist. The primary responsibilities include supporting the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, maintaining accurate records in HR systems, and assisting in onboarding activities. The intern will also collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative strategies to attract top talent and help manage employee training programs.

• 0 to 4 Joining's: No stipend
• 5 to 8 Joining's: ₹3,000
• 9 to 12 Joining's: ₹5,000
• 13 to 15 Joining's: ₹7,500
• 16 or More Joining's: ₹10,000 + Best Performer Awards
