Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Recruiter Intern. The Junior Recruiter Intern will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and assisting with onboarding. The intern will also participate in developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing job postings, and maintaining candidate databases.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and remotely

Pursuing or completed a degree

Minimum 3 months of internship duration

Must be located in India

Proficiency in English

Proficiency in Hindi

Ready to start immediately

Willing to do an unpaid internship for 3 months

Willing with performance-based stipend for 3 months

Timing:- 9AM to 6PM

Age:- Above 18

Qualification- Minimum Pursuing Graduation I

Internship Duration- Minimum 3 Months & Maximum 6 Months
