Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Executive with 1–2 years of experience to join our dynamic HR team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will support the smooth execution of HR processes, maintain employee records, ensure compliance, and assist with day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records in HRMS systems and physical files
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding formalities, including documentation, ID generation, and exit processes
  • Coordinate induction sessions and assist in employee orientation programs
  • Prepare letters such as offer letters, experience letters, and employment verification letters
  • Manage attendance, leaves, and timesheet records in coordination with payroll
  • Support payroll processing with accurate and timely data inputs
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations (PF, ESI, etc.)
  • Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
  • Generate HR reports and MIS as required by management
