Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Assistant to support our HR department in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be a fresh graduate with a keen interest in human resources and a desire to grow in the field.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases with personal, employment, and salary information.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in payroll processing and maintaining attendance records.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HR software and databases is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
