Job Description

Job Title: HR and Performance manager
Location: Irumbuppalam, Kollam, Kerala (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR and Performance manager to lead key HR functions and support organizational growth at our Irumbuppalam (Kollam) office.
This role involves overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, and compliance, while working closely with management to enhance employee engagement and productivity — particularly within the sales and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee full-cycle HR operations such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, attendance, and offboarding.
  • Implement, track, and optimize performance management systems to drive team efficiency.
  • Coordinate appraisals, performance reviews, and KPI assessments for sales and support teams.
  • Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Gratuity, and labor laws; assist in audits and documentation.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
  • Maintain HR databases, employee files, and performance records using HRMS tools.
  • Identify training needs and organize skill development programs to boost employee performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • 2–5 years of HR experience, with at least 1 year in performance management or HR operations.
  • Sound knowledge of HRMS systems, MS Excel, and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be based in or able to commute daily to Irumbuppalam, Kollam.
  • Knowledge of Kerala labor laws and local HR practices is an added advantage.
