HR and Payroll Specialist

You will be responsible for managing Human Resources functions by developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that are in line with organizational objectives and legal requirements. Your duties will include overseeing recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating onboarding activities. Additionally, you will be in charge of managing employee relations, addressing concerns, and cultivating a positive work environment. You will also coordinate performance appraisal processes and support employee development initiatives. In terms of Benefits Administration, you will be administering employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. You will assist employees with benefit inquiries and facilitate open enrollment processes. You will also handle Data Management and Reporting, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of HR data. Furthermore, you will be expected to address Compliance and Legal Matters relating to HR practices. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. It is essential to have a strong understanding of employment laws, tax regulations, and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, along with a detail-oriented approach and strong organizational and time management abilities. This is a Full-time position with benefits such as provided food, health insurance, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the Day shift. Ideally, you should have at least 3 years of experience in HR and a total of 3 years of overall work experience. Proficiency in English is preferred, and the work location is in person.,
