As a member of the HR Department, you will be responsible for various tasks related to human resources management. The ideal candidate for this position should possess an MBA in HR & Marketing and have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the HR field. The job is based in Kolhapur, and the salary will be determined based on your interview performance and experience. Your roles and responsibilities will include but are not limited to recruitment, salary administration, legal compliance, maintaining records, preparing documents, reviewing company policies, recording holiday leaves, and overseeing the recruitment process. You will be tasked with consistently recruiting excellent staff, ensuring a smooth onboarding process, providing training, counseling, and coaching to employees, carrying out administrative duties, developing clear policies, creating reports, delivering presentations, handling workplace investigations and disciplinary procedures, and maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
